Sony's director of hardware marketing has confirmed that due to issues in the past the PS Vita will have plenty of stock available at launch.
John Koller has said that since E3 Sony has ramped up production to ensure that there will be plenty of PS Vita's to go around at launch. Unlike another console. *cough* PS3.
"We've increased production materially since E3," he told AllThingsD. "We learned our lesson to make sure you have enough product."So since the PS3 had a stockless launch the PS Vita will not suffer from any type of shortages. We recommend you pre order your portable powerhouse now!
