Japanese sales figures reveal that the 3DS XL completely outsold the PS Vita, more details inside..........

With the release of the Nintendo 3DS XL and New Super Mario Bros. The 3DS reined supreme and outsold the PS Vita with a whipping 26:1 ratio. Full sales figures are below:
  1. Nintendo 3DS: 235,974
  2. PlayStation 3: 18,160 
  3. PlayStation Portable: 14,029 
  4. PlayStation Vita: 9,081 
  5. Wii: 10,549 
  6. Xbox 360: 632 
  7. Nintendo DSi: 496 
  8. PlayStation 2: 439
The PS Vita has been stuck in a rut lately due to the lack of "killer software" however Gamescom is not far away and details for blockbuster titles such as Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation and Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified.
